In this scenario, any gliders in the group that are timid may actually become more tame as they watch the others come to you. In the end though, animals are unpredictable. I find it best to adopt second-hand sugar gliders. This way you will know what they are like and you will also be helping the community.

May 25, 2012 - All of mine were abandons and free. There is no reason to pay a penny for a sugar glider any more. There are so many with no homes. It is well worth the drive to a Texas or Florida sanctuary to pick up a colony of 5 or so.
