Meaning your focus should be on how to market your product or services to generate customers. In real estate investing, the "thing" to generate are sellers and buyers. This mean the #1 thing is become a "master" marketer. Learn to market your real estate business. If you are limited or do not have any capital available. It does not mean you can't do this business. It just simply means, you must learn to invest your human capital by putting in sweat equity. This sweat equity aka "stuff that don't cost you nothing" can be the following: door knocking, networking, cold calling, craiglist.com, MLS (least one I hate), wholesalers, interning, etc You have endless ways to learn how to invest in real estate. ---------------------- What The HECK is "Flipanese TV - Language of the Flip"? ---------------------- It's a name of Chinese Soup, I'm totally kidding :) It is a show created to help new, old, and anyone who is looking and/or interested in learning about how to invest in real estate.
