Feb 13, 2012 - The bad part is not the removal but the part that in some countries people could get jail time for no big deal. Sometimes it can be even worse. Think you share a song and the singer has NOTHING against it,but the police finds out of it and tell it to the record company.You will get jail for it because the record company is against your sharing that song,although the owner of the song is the musician does not care of you doing. So innocent in jail. See why the law is wrong

Feb 13, 2012 - Not only that think this example you put a picture on you with a shirt with the logo on of "Coca Cola" of FaceBook wile drinking a bear from "Carlsberg" and then "Coca Cola" or "Carlsberg" will report you for making false commercial although that was not your intention and there for you can get jail time or pay some fees. Your totally innocent but guilty made by a stupid law. See how wrong this law can effect some people. Next I will give you a live real example.

Feb 13, 2012 - This is an example of an actual happening. In Swede a law like this has existed for years now. A guy send a movie via email to one of his work mates as a birthday present. That movie normally cost money but he gives it for free. The computer technician at the company he worked at reports this to the police. The police arests him for file sharing and in trail be is put to pay 1000000 Sv Kronors = 100000Euros to the film industry for doing that. CONTINUING...

Well the Swedish law is in such made that if you steel one thing once they calculate that you steel the same thing every day an entire year and wen he was searched on the computer they found out he did this 3 times in 3 years. Which for this pure guy it meant that they calculated that he stole the movie every day in 3 years although he only did it 3 times. CONTINUING

I agree that those who make business out of it should be punished but this (ACTA) law does not only punish the illegal business makers but also normal people who just share files and does not make any profit out of it. There for this law is bad and should be voted no to. This law alone may not have big signification but a law is seldom alone in a country. Together with other laws ACTA is dangerous.
