Genocide of Syria's Sunni Population is occuring in Baba Amr right now as the Alawite Sect Army of Dictator Bashar Assad attempts to exterminate the Sunni Muslim population of Syria, beginning here as they engage in a 5 day long rocket attack on the Sunni neighborhoods of Homs City. The leaders of the Alawite Sect community are complaining that Bashar Assad has been "too soft" on the Nation's Sunni population and they are insisting that Assad slaughter as many Sunnis as he needs to in order to crush the Democratic Uprising and to ensure Alawite Supremacy in the Country. Many Alawite leaders are fully prepared to kill all 20 million Sunnis in order to maintain their grip on power. Our reports from Syria state that there are 15,000 Shiite Iranian soldiers arrriving in Syria to help Assad slaughter and subdue the Sunni population. Assad is also receiving fighters from both Hezbollah as well as from the Mahdi Army in Sadr City in Baghdad sent by Muqtada Al Sadr. Assad is presently killing all of his Sunni Generals and Sunni Officer Corps as he deems them to be untrustworthy and virtually the entire leadership of the Military is Alawite Shiite Sect membrers. ------------------ This bombing is reminiscent of the Nazi bombing of the Spanish City of Guernica where Hitler Slaughtered an unarmed innocent civilian population of a city in Spain. On April 26, 1937, during the Spanish Civil War, Guernica was the scene of the Bombing of Guernica by the Condor Legion of Nazi Germany's Luftwaffe. 1654 civilians were killed according to the official Basque figures.. The Germans were attacking to support the efforts of Francisco Franco to overthrow the Basque Government and the Spanish Republican government. The town was devastated, though the Biscayan assembly and the Oak of Guernica survived. Pablo Picasso painted his famous "Guernica" painting to commemorate the horrors of the bombing and René Iché made a violent sculpture the day after the bombing.
