Feb 9, 2012 - Fear is a normal human reaction and after the images of the tsunami in Japan it's very normal for people who live on an island affected by a 6.9 earthquake to take no chances. Anybody who says this is an over-reaction has never been in a genuinely dangerous situation before. Fear easily turns into hysteria in a crowd. If you're with your children in a mall and someone yells that a bomb is about to explode, can you honestly take the chance that it might be just a joke?

Feb 9, 2012 - I agree with pradadings. But do they not realize that , 1, the main earth quakes was between the islands of negros and Cebu 2, we only had the after shocks 3, if there was gonna be a tsunami it would be coming from the other side of the island and would not have reached this far.
