Feb 18, 2012 - no I don't "get it" We are supposed to be a democracy and a country of UNITED states; if we are not then what what are we? not all states have the same income, I believe in federal government because when something is wrong..like segregation it should be enforced federally that no man/woman is to be discriminated for their color...if all power was up to the states segregation may still be the standard today in some states and that is not ok.
