If a China Gold Supplier is removed from Alibaba.com based on a confirmed case of fraud, the remainder of their Gold Supplier fee is added to the Fair Play Fund, which is supplemented by cash from Alibaba.com.

Nov 28, 2011 - I have a bad experience from this site alibaba its a china gold supplier seal. i waited for 3 weeks but they told me only 4 days, when hoping it will be shipped they give a trucking number yes it was posted in DHL website but when we call the DHL office the trucking number reflecting is not register in their data base now they are investigating why the hell is the trucking number reflecting from the website but the data base is 0 information.....it's a fraud i have proof!

I am a Silver buyer and the Site itself is not a scam but the run around and the dishonest vendors you deal with puts the website in that category.
