It's the bittersweet, rich flavours of the Black Stuff that combine so well with the oozing cocoa mass. William has a tale to tell about why the soft inside is called a ganache. He surrounds this with a harder, tempered coating, followed by a dusting of chocolate powder on the outside. Absolutely delicious!
