Feb 8, 2012 - like all insurance, the idea is to pool a lot of money from many people, most won't need it but they don't cover your whole court cost, most importantly they bring in experts who END the court case sooner than later and with a positive result (ideally)

You pay $85 and IF you need defense you call them and they TELL YOU what you need to do and they CALL an Attorny for you?? Is that it?Does this provide me with an added layer of security from being found GUILTY of something bad?? Ill be checking for a response and thank you! Feb 8, 2012 - Not exactly, for $85 per year you have access to their expert witnesses and fund. They are not a "one stop shop" for all things CCW / legal You are still responsible for your own local lawyer and stuff, But if you find yourself between a rock and a hard place, they jump to your aid they get some initial funds to your lawyer right away on your behalf Then if you face unmeritorious prosecution or civil action after a self-defense incident they come to your aid
