Part 30 Joe sighed as he folded the letter up. He put it back in the enevlope. Then he took with up stairs to his room. Joe smiled as he walked in, Frankie was sitting on the bed. Frankie looked up as he came in. "Hey bro, you okay?" He asked as he paused the video game. "Yeah, just a bit..." Joe sighed as he sat on his bed with Frankie. "You just miss Demi thats all. You know I like her, she is so nice to me. She treats me better than....um you know who. I just don't want to make you sad. Joe?" Frankie said. Joe laughed at bit. "Yes Frankie." He said, as he picked up the other remote controller. "You love Demi right?" He asked. "Yes, I do. I messed up our friendship though. She a bit up set with me."Joe said, as Frankie started the game with two players. "Well, if you want her Joe. You need to man up. Don't mope around her about her. Do something about her. I think that you should call her. I know she will talk to you. You need to win her back. What ever you did, I'm sure that she had forgiven you. I've seen the way she looks at you. It's like the way mom looks at dad. You can just see the love in her eyes."He said, as Joe chuckled. "You Frankie are one smart kid. Oh, believe me I plan on calling her. Just not yet. I'm gonna give her some time to get to New York. So you like the game?" Joe asked. "Yes, I do. Now I'm gonna kick your butt." He said, as Joe just laughed. 6 days later Joe was sleeping, when he woke up all of sudden. His breathing was laboured. He was wet, from sweating in his sleep. His hand shook, as he wiped the sweat from his head. He squnited in the dark. He couldn't see the clock, he felt on the dest for his phone. It was 5:30 in the morning. He laid back down his breath was going back to normal. He closed his eyes, but it was no use to try and sleep again. He could see her face in his dream. He could see the look of death in her beautiful face. He almost got to her in his dream then she slipped away. That when he woke, he tried to reach for her hand. But he could reach her she was too far away. Tears, came to his eyes. He wiped his eyes, then he turned the tv on. Hoping that his mind would get off of his dream. 2 hours later Joe came down stairs he couldn't fall back to sleep. He mind was still on his dream. He when for a run soon after he turned on the tv. Then he got back an hour later and showered. Now he was cooking breakfast for his family. He heard his mom coming down the stairs, his father was laughing as she was laughing. They both stopped as they came in the kitchen. "Son, are you okay?" His dad asked, as he went to get some coffee. His mom went to get the dishes down. Frank was gone to camp. So it was just the 3 of them. Nick, was with Delta. They went to see her family out of the country. Joe shrugged his shoulders. He dished out the food and brought a plate to his dad. Then he brought one to his mom. He grabbed his plate and sat at the table. "Joe?"His mom ask, she had a hint of worry in her voice. "Ma, I just....well I just have this felling like something is wrong. I don't know what it is. I didn't sleep good either. Other than that I'm okay." He said, as he began to eat. "I see, will. I sure everything is alright, whatever it is. So, your father and I are going out to night. So you will be on your own for Dinner." She said, as she smiled at her husband. Joe nodded his head. "You two kids have fun. Stay out of trouble too. Mom and Dad, Happy Annevesriary." Joe said. "Thanks son and thanks for the breakfast. So what do you have planned for today Joe?" "Oh, might go hang out at the beach. Walk around Santa Monica Peir for a bit. Get some vitam D." He said. His parents nodded there head. Then they ate breakfast. Joe and his mom cleaned up the dishes. His dad left for work. His mom started to clean the house. Joe went up to his room, he grabbed his things. Then he headed out to the beach. That evening Joe was leaving a local burgar Joint. When he bump into some one. He reached out his hand steadied her. "I'm so sorry. I wasn't paying attention." He said, then he heard her laugh.
