Nov 6, 2011 - if you listen to it very well, it uses "noises" in order to obtain an ordinary "pop" ( or latin) rythmical pattern and you could also find something similar to a tonal center. this is dance music - godd and interesting, but simple dance music. it's commercial from my point of view, for a guy comeing from commercial music this could be very abstract and experimental.

Nov 22, 2011 - not all music has a beat and a lot of has not a regular meter - this is refined dance music for partyes - alva noto is really famous and sends a lot of recordings in a commercial fashion. this is high refined copmmercial music -this doesn't mean it's bad. it's for people that want to listen to something else and for new yorker snobs :) obviously it's less commercial than lady gaga but a lot more than lachenmann
