Feb 7, 2012 - Aloha, No! E kala mai ia'u, pehea 'oe i keia manawa, Just wanted to say that the original composer to this lovely mele was the late John Kameaaloha Almeida. This lovely mele has been popularized by alot famous musicians including Lena Machado and many others. Lena was definitely a songbird of old. Thanks for posting this lovely rendition by Sam Bernard.
