After playing in its first-ever Sweet 16 in 2011, the UW-Green Bay Phoenix women's basketball team has continued its winning ways. The women are off to a 20-0 start this season, and have amassed 40 consecutive regular-season wins. But the legions of Phoenix faithful say there's even more to love about this team, both on the court and off. Here's an up-close look at the Phoenix phenomenon.
