Jeremy and Jordan starting a new cycle on the Deadlift. Jordan: 535, 560, and 605. Jeremy: 700, 700, and 700. Then Jeremy and Adam did some Squats: Jeremy: (No Gear) 520x5. Adam: (Belt/Wraps) 475, and 500.

Feb 12, 2012 - You are super strong for sure! But... If you gained hip mobility to drive the knees out harder and to keep the torso more upright, you could be putting up a lot more on squat IMO. Really nice pulls today btw.
