Feb 8, 2012 - Instructions - Place downloaded bootanimation and droidhd on sdcard 1. Root Phone 2. Install Root Explorer 3. in Root Explorer - navigate to System>Media 4. Mount folder as r/w 5. add .bak to original bootanimation 6. If using a Razr also add .bak extension to original droidhd 7. paste the downloaded bootanimation and droidhd into folder 8. I found that on my other droid 3 I also had to place the droidhd in System>Media>audio>notifications folder 9. Reboot and enjoy
