block foaming plant - production of polyurethane foam block. the plant can process mdi and tdi based formulations, visco-elastic/memory foam, HR foam -high resiliance-, HS foam (hyper soft), semi-rigid foam for head liner, rigid polyurethane foam, phenolic foam and PIR foam. The plant can produce up-to 150blocks/8h, meaning around 20tons/8h. Flexible foam is used in the mattresses, furniture and automotive industry; Rigid foam is used for building insulation, panels etc; Phenolic foam is used for insulation
