Sarah and Samantha walked into the classroom with Nick following them soon after. They stood there with mixed reactions; Sarah was pissed off, Samantha was trying to hide her smile and Nick was confused. Miley swallowed, but Taylor didn't seem to mind. "Problem girls and guys?" She asked, raising her eyebrows. "Yeah actually. You see those seats that you two losers are sat in? They are my seats," Sarah walked up to them. Taylor laughed. "Wait! So you're that fat that you need two desks to sit on? Smooth..." Taylor replied back.. Sarah narrowed her eyes and leant both of her hands on the desk in front of Taylor. "You better move before I severely hurt you," Sarah said bluntly. "Yeah. I'm shaking in my boots," Taylor rolled her eyes, "If anyone is going to get hurt, it's going to be you." Sarah threw her head back in laughter. "Wow. You seriously don't know who I am do you?" Sarah shot at her. "Of course I do!" Taylor grinned. "Oh really?" Sarah replied. "Yeah! You're the ego-maniac bitch that thinks she runs the school! Yeah, keep dreaming and go and find other seats because I am not going to move, and neither is Miley," Taylor leant over her desk so her face was inches away from Sarah's. Sam shrugged and sat behind them while Nick took the seat next to Miley. "Just sit down Sarah, you're making a fool out of yourself," Nick told her as he dumped his bag on the floor. Sarah looked between him and her sister. Her mouth dropped before she recollected herself and sat in Miley's usual seat. Miley glanced over at Taylor, who had a triumphant smile on her lips. "How did you do that?" Miley asked, bewildered. Taylor flicked her blonde curls over her shoulder. "You just shouldn't be scared of standing up to them," She shrugged as she watched the teacher walk through the classroom door. "Morning class!" Miss Summers called over all the chatter, "We have a new pupil here today, so please welcome her warmly! Her name is Taylor Swift. Oh! And Miley! I heard about your idea for the masquerade ball, and I have to say I love it!" Taylor's head snapped towards Miley with a grin on her face. "A masquerade ball?" Her eyes glistened. "Yeah, I'm organising it," Miley shrugged like it was no big deal. "That's so cool! When is it? I want to go! I could never organise anything like this," Taylor chuckled at herself. "Next Friday, and it's not that hard. I'm just used to lots of work load and organising things I guess," Miley answered. "Well I can't wait. You are going to be there aren't you?" Taylor's eyes grew wider with excitement. Miley shook her head slowly and she stared at the floor. "What?! Why?" Taylor exclaimed. "Because...just because! I don't have the money, and I won't be allowed. There's no point in arguing with...my mum," Miley spat out the last part. "She is going. She doesn't have a choice. I'm not going to let her stand me up," Nick joined in the conversation. Taylor glanced between him and Miley, her eyes turning wild. "Oh! Are you two dating?" She asked. Miley shook her head. "No," She giggled hysterically. "Yes," Nick replied at the same time. Miley stared at him, shocked. She hadn't known that they were dating? "We are?" She whispered, leaning closer to Nick. "Only if you accept," Nick grinned mischievously. Miley blushed as she brought her hands to her cheeks. "I would love to!" She agreed, "But what about Sarah? Aren't you still dating?" "Not anymore. I broke it off last night, I was planning to ask you out today, and hey! Now I have the most beautiful and stubborn girl in school as my girlfriend," He winked.
