In this video, we explore the newest city, Eterna City! There are a few important things that you should probably cover here, however: The Name Rater is located in the easternmost condominiums... The Herb Shop is located east of Eterna City, northwest of the statue... The Bike shop is located southeast of the Pokemon Center... The Underground Man's home is east of the Pokemon Center... In addition to those "specialties" if you will, there are also a few items scattered about Eterna. Here is your list. Go crazy: Items: Super Potion: North of the gym in a tree-outlined passageway. Friendship Checker (Poketch App): Obtained from a woman in the PokeCenter. HM01 (Cut): Receive from Cynthia Explorer Kit: Receive from the Underground Man. TM67 (Recycle): Receive from the old woman on the second floor of the easternmost condominiums. Draco Plate: In the space directly behind the Dialga/Palkia statue (Hidden). Items Unobtainable until later: Up-Grade: Given by Professor Oak after obtaining the National Pokédex. PP Up: On far coast of one of the eastern ponds (Requires Surf (Hidden)).
