A useful but little known feature of HomeTrex and Heritage is ColorWords. The ColorWords feature automatically formats individual words, comments or detailed narratives in one of three colors: red, blue or green. There are three special categories in the Comments and Nomenclature Library, one for comments to be colored Red, one for comments to be colored Blue and one for commens to be colored Green. Add a comment or narrative to one of the Color Categories and that comment will always appear in that color in your reports, regardless of where it is in the report. You can, for example, put "Safety Hazard - Do NOT Operate until repaired" in the Red Comments category. That comment will automatically appear in red whenever and wherever you use it in your reports.
