If you go out of your way to remember names of people, you will be accepted instantly. Politicians know this rule well. They know the power of remembering peoples names. Remember that a persons name is the most sweetest and important sound in any language. Use this to your benefit. Become a master remember-er of names. It pays to show interest in the other person. If you are unsure, do not try and guess the other person's name. If you are wrong - you have basically expresses that this person has little value and did not offer you much before when you were introduced to him. Adding the extra touch will greatly benefit your relationships. People will be automatically interested in you when you become interested in them.
