May 23, 2012 - That's not hard. Build a fake torso, put a painted foam core in the center and put in your fake heart and do it up with blood before the shoot. Cover it with a shirt, and when you go to pull the heart out cut away to a closeup of the torso. Then you just need to make up the person's chest to have the blood surrounding a "hole" (torn shirt with a black painted hole on their chest) and have them quickly fall out of frame so nobody can see that it's 2D.
