Alienware Aurora r3 upgrade Psu 1250 Not all power supplies fit i tried maybe 5 before i found the best match. Ocz 1250 Model OCZ-ZX1250W soon I will have both Gtx590 from asus inside with an external water cooler. I love this case... dont waste your time trying to call DELL they suck at customer support. everything fis like a glove, and there is no propriertary pin own cable from dell for the lights. They connect to a regular molex, plain and simple.

Feb 15, 2012 - not enough power to run the gtx 590s in sli and i had 1 fan helping so the power would shut down. :(

Apr 4, 2012 - Did you have to rewire the whole system? because I have the same alienware and I just bought the same psu, the psu arrives tomorrow along with the extra gpu.

May 16, 2012 - Can I connect two gtx 690s as well? They seem to want two 6 pin connectors but the stock alienware doesn't have that many.
