Share the spirit! #Transcript: You hear a song, and your body moves, for no reason at all. What's natural--what's real, in that moment? What isn't real? What does it mean to be "in the moment." The key isn't "the moment," it's BE. BE here. You're thinking, of course I'm here; where else am I? And you're right. You are here, but so is your Awareness of it--and that, is exactly what can hold you back from realizing your amazing potential, your success, your triumph in life. So, you're thinking, awareness is all I've learned, all I "know" that helps me in life, so you're telling me to unlearn? It may surprise you, but no. Even Mr. Zen Master doesn't want this from you. I'm not telling you to unlearn. You don't need to. Did you need to unlearn for your body to move to that beat? See. It's there. Now, you just need one more lesson, to summon that natural reactive power--a Power, that knows no lessons, that can't be taught. A Body presence. Your innate pulse. Once you've summoned it, live with it. Move with it. Never let go. Your greatest asset, your best aptitude, your closest friend is inside you. To access it, you need to tune into the you without learning, the you that moves to music. The key to winning is a natural one. I want you to be educated, be learned, but Be . . . Present.
