Members of the Gamma Xi Chapter (Morningside College, Sioux City) of Phi Mu Alpha Sinfonia sang the State Song of Iowa (1st and 4th verses) to gavel in the House of Representatives on February 7th, 2012, at Iowa's breathtaking State Capitol Building. Representative of Sioux City Ron Jorgensen hosted the group. Sinfonian Alumni Kolby DeWitt arranged the event. Performers were Pablo de la Cruz, Torrey Mann, Eric Furness, Andrew Poeckes, Elijah Wolf, Cade Herrig, and Intavong. Later in the day, the group serenaded Lt. Gov.
