Gjithmonë e më shumë tregu i kompanive shqiptare është duke u orientuar drejt punësimit të menaxherëve të huaj. Sipas Alban Zusit, përfaqësues i Dhomës së Tregtisë dhe biznesmen shqiptar, një menaxher i huaj është më i kualifikuar, jo vetëm për shkak të arsimimit qe ka por edhe të eksperiencës dhe mentalitetit të punës. Një tjetër fenomen që shihet në tregun e punës në Shqipëri është edhe ai ku pronari i firmës apo të afërmit e tij bëjnë punën menaxheriale të kompanisë. Në lidhje me eksperiencën dhe konsulencën e biznesit edhe Banka Evropiane për Rindërtim dhe Zhvillim shpesh ka nxjerrë raporte dhe ka ndërmarrë nisma që t'i vijnë në ndihmë biznesit. Sipas BERZH tregut shqiptar ende po i mungojnë teknikët dhe personat e kualifikuar. More and more companies Albanian market is being oriented towards the employment of foreign managers.
