4 weeks out from Raw Nationals. Heavy paused reps were on for today. Hit a 460, 480, 490 and 500 all paused. Big day for us. Bodyweight is low I am nearly 15 pounds under weight and hope to add some muscle in next 4 weeks. Rib belt will stay on and epidural is scheduled to be completed on...

Solid night hit 2 new pr's on 5" pinpress 600 and 615. Hit 3 pr's on close-grip bench using 100 pounds of band tension. 315x8(approx. 415 at top), 365x4(approx. 465 at top) and 405x1(approx. 505 at top) Never been near that heavy on a close-grip w/ bands and I smoked it.
