I can't remember when I last had this flare-up in the warm weather. It usually occurs in the wintertime, even though I don't know why. This myalgia (muscle-flare-up) isn't below the neck though. I deal with it in my skull, and the only thing that's worked to relieve it in the past has been Nerve...
