I did a quick video to show that I am trying to make changes in my diet... I am no longer going to be eating meat. I will eat fish occasionally, but will get my protein from beans, peanut butter, raw shelled hemp seed, and other foods along with some supplements: Greens-to-go, Acai energy, Juice...

Touching sting-rays...OMG!!!

We went on a field trip today to the Mandalay Bay Shark Reef Aquarium....We all touched the sting-rays... My son was more brave than I. He kept doing it even after I told him not to anymore...smh Touching sting-rays is a once in a lifetime thing, so I eventually mustered up to do it...
