Possible Funnel Cloud in Monkton, MD April 2012

This possible funnel cloud dropped from a wall cloud outside of Monkton, Maryland. It never touched ground nor was their any debris cloud on the ground. It had slow rotation and went back into the clouds 5 minutes later with a roping out appearance. NWS couldn't confirm or deny it was anything.
