Here is a video of my Range Rover 6.2L DSE ... I installed a mil spec HMMWV engine , made adaptor brackets for the transmission , done some fixes to the electronics to accept the new power plant. Easy!... I drove 100 miles after filling her up and the gas needle moved one notch down...gotta love it

Rebuilt 6.2 HMMWV engine groundhop

Starting up the #3 HMMWV engine. This one has a tage that says it was rebuilt in '06.

Startup after warmup on the #4 HMMWV (humvee) engine. The electrician's tape didn't last, so I re-did the belts the right way... ...out of duct tape! It worked just fine! This engine has quit a bit of blowby upon startup, but once it's warmed up, it's reduced to an acceptable amount.

I installed a junk forklift radiator onto the #4 HMMWV (humvee) engine. I used milk hose as my radiator hose and I attempted to use electrician's tape as the v-belt!

Ground hopping a 1986 HMMWV (humvee) 6.2 diesel engine in the shipping crate. I converted the injector pump fuel shutoff from 24v to 12v. I'm using a 12v gear reduction starter from a 1996 6.5 turbo diesel. I didn't use the glowplugs on this test fire.
